" It took me 15 weeks to get the 2008 GX470 that I wanted. I had gone to 2 other dealerships and couldn't deal with them. I went to Madison and there were no suprises. It did take 15 weeks to get the vehicle, but I am sure that is out of the dealerships control. I did travel 250 miles to the dealership to get the vehicle. It was well worth the wait. I got the vehicle fully loaded. I will use the other dealership for service. I am not sure which one I will use at this time. It was the best experience that I have ever had. It was excellent."

" The deciding factor was the excellent salesman. He doesn't pressure you, he doesn't run around, he has no suprises, he's very up front. He doesn't add any little fees, he doesn't try to hide anything. He shows you everything. He asked us: what are you going to do with it (the car) and he told us the hybrid would not be good for us. We will use the service dept.

" This is my third Lexus and the 2nd one I have purchased here. Toby Mattson was my salesman and I have purchased 2 cars with him as my salesman. The first Lexus I bought I purchased in Rockford and this dealership is far superior. It is a little farther for me to go but worth it."

" Jeff Klomp did a really good job. I bought a RX350. I bought there because we have a business relationship with them. We have dealt with them for a long time. I will probably go to them for warranty service but after that I will not because it is too far away.  I will say they do a great job on the follow-ups. I got an email and a phone call today as survey follow-ups."

" I really like the fact that when I came into the dealership Toby was not pushy in the least. I was impressed with his integrity and the fact that he did not try to add on anything else to the sale, because I hate that. He was very straight forward, and I enjoyed working with him. The whole process took about a week, because it was hard for me to find the time to come into the dealership to finalize everything. I was very happy with my overall experience with them and will be returning in the future."

" The salesman went above, I think. He sent me flowers. The customer service there is wonderful. I picked out the color from the brochure my husband brought home. They didn't have one, but they found the car. My husband has a Lincoln, and we were considering that, but the Lincoln dealer didnt compare. I can't say anything bad. " I recently brought my 2004 Lexus ES330 to the dealership to have the 70,000 mile maintenance done. My service advisor, Michael Judicki, was very courteous, nice and accomodating. The service took about an hour which I was satisfied with."

" This was the second visit that we've made to this dealership. We took our 2003 RX300 in for a 45,000 mile check up. Everything was just fine. Actually, they had the service done earlier than expected. I am already receiving emails. I think everyone there does a good job."

" I waited om my 2007 IS250 for an hour, whick was acceptable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I have been using their service for one year. I have continued to use them because I like my Saturday morning appointments and they can do additional stuff to my car during oil changes."

" I didn't buy the ES300 from them but they are the only Lexus dealership in town and they do good work. Greg is a good guy. He took care of me right away. I waited on it and the waiting area is very nice. They do good work. I have no complaints."

" I waited on my 2004 LS 430 while they changed the oil on my vehicle. My overall visit was great. I was really impressed with how nice and helpful they were to me. I am 100% satisfied & and will continue to use them for my future service needs, since they always treat me right. I wasn't satisfied with the fact that I purchased the vehicle and the chrome wheels were peeling, But they did give me new chrome wheels, since I noticed it a month later. But, it just made me wonder, since I always buy 3 year certified Lexus vehicles."

I have been using their service since I bought my 2002 ES 300 there in 02. I have continued to use them because they know the car and they do the job right the first time."

" I took my 2002 IS 300 in for a flat tire. I left it there for a the day. Since all of my tires were low, I decided to have them all replaced, which they did. I have been going there since I bought my vehicle from them in 2004. It's very nice to go there, because they take good care of me."
