" This was the second visit that we've made to this dealership. We took our 2003 RX300 in for a 45,000 mile check up. Everything was just fine. Actually, they had the service done earlier than expected. I am already receiving emails. I think everyone there does a good job."

" I waited om my 2007 IS250 for an hour, whick was acceptable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I have been using their service for one year. I have continued to use them because I like my Saturday morning appointments and they can do additional stuff to my car during oil changes."

" I didn't buy the ES300 from them but they are the only Lexus dealership in town and they do good work. Greg is a good guy. He took care of me right away. I waited on it and the waiting area is very nice. They do good work. I have no complaints."

" I'm pleased with the services. I dropped off my vehicle a the dealership. There was a rattling noise in the dashboard of my 2007 ES350. I'll keep taking my vehicle here for service work. I don't need to make an appointment, everything is fine. I am very satisfied with the repairs."

" I waited on my 2004 LS 430 while they changed the oil on my vehicle. My overall visit was great. I was really impressed with how nice and helpful they were to me. I am 100% satisfied & and will continue to use them for my future service needs, since they always treat me right. I wasn't satisfied with the fact that I purchased the vehicle and the chrome wheels were peeling, But they did give me new chrome wheels, since I noticed it a month later. But, it just made me wonder, since I always buy 3 year certified Lexus vehicles."

" Jordan, my advisor, did a good job. He checked on several questions for me and then he showed me how to start the loaner car. I have been using their service since I bought my 2002 ES 300 there in 02. I have continued to use them because they know the car and they do the job right the first time."

" I took my 2002 IS 300 in for a flat tire. I left it there for a the day. Since all of my tires were low, I decided to have them all replaced, which they did. I have been going there since I bought my vehicle from them in 2004. It's very nice to go there, because they take good care of me."

" I'm completely satisfied. I took my 2006 RX 400H to the service department for a minor repair. It was quick; so I waited in the customer lounge area. There isn't anything that could have made my visit better. Everybody was nice and professional."
