Please know that Lexus is working hard in an effort to normalize new vehicle supply throughout the nation.  There have been many factors driving inventory levels including supply chain and logistical issues.  With new inventory at all time lows the shopping experience definitely feels different.

Now, more than ever, our guests are opting to pre-order their vehicle or choosing from our incoming allocation to reserve and bring home a new Lexus as quickly as possible. You've probably seen higher prices and dealers selling over MSRP.  Lexus of Madison will not be making market adjustments or increasing prices above MSRP.  Because we are thousands cheaper than many other dealerships, we reserve the right to deny business outside of our market area.  Our focus is to provide New vehicles to our loyal customer base who have supported us in the past and future.

Service and Parts
We are also facing volatility in parts availability, pricing and supply costs.  Compounding is the cost and availability of qualified labor.  The old way of doing maintenance business doesn't work as you've experienced in many other business types.  To accomplish this we need to continue to do business by appointment only, which will allow us to provide the experience you want and deserve.   We set our appointment schedule by availability of parts and personnel.
